Client Goal
As part of the Hotel EDC experience, Vibee wanted to create a poolside performance environment that extended the energy and creativity of EDC beyond the festival grounds.
The stage needed to serve as both a functional performance platform and a visual centerpiece for guests throughout the weekend. The goal was to create an immersive environment that felt unique to Hotel EDC while complementing the surrounding venue.

Our Solution
Dusk Till Dawn partnered with Vibee to design, build, and manage a custom scenic stage experience for Hotel EDC.
Working from concept through execution, our team developed a lotus-inspired stage design that transformed the pool deck into a vibrant performance destination. The structure was designed to frame the DJ booth while creating a bold visual identity that could be recognized from multiple areas throughout the venue.
Our scope included scenic design, fabrication coordination, installation, production logistics, and on-site stage management throughout the event.
By overseeing the project from start to finish, we ensured that the final installation aligned with the creative vision while meeting the practical demands of a live event environment.
Production Notes
Designing for a poolside venue presented unique considerations. The stage needed to make a significant visual impact without overwhelming the surrounding environment or restricting guest movement throughout the space.
The curved scenic structure and lotus-inspired elements were developed to create depth and scale while maintaining clear sightlines to performers. The design also allowed the stage to integrate naturally with LED video elements and production equipment, creating a cohesive visual experience rather than separating technical components from the scenic design.
Because Hotel EDC operates as a multi-day guest experience, durability and operational efficiency were equally important. The installation needed to withstand continuous use while providing a reliable platform for artists and production teams throughout the weekend.
